I’m Michelle Porras and I started Prep’d & Proper to be more than just a business. It is a journey, a movement and a way to nourish ourselves and each other without sacrificing flavor.
I’ve struggled with food, my body image, and the stress of figuring out “what’s for dinner” more times than I can count. Over the years meal prepping became my peace. It was my way to stay grounded, feel good, and care for my family in a way that felt real.
Now I get to share that with you. Every meal I make is clean, comforting, and packed with flavor. That way you can eat well, feel full, and still feel free.
